A 10-track album, Undertow debuted at the top of the Top Heat seekers Albums chart. It was predominantly a progressive rock and heavy metal music album.
Ænima released in 1996 was different from Undertow being an alternative metal album. The album did even better than the band’s debut album and was certified Triple Platinum by the RIAA. Some of the hit singles from the album were Forty-Six & 2, Ænema, H. and Stinkfist.
Ænimawas followed by Lateralus in 2001. Debuting at No.1 on the Billboard 200, this album was also certified Double Platinum, thanks to the following singles Lateralus, Parabola and Schism. On Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s Definitive 200 list, the album was listed at No.123.
Tool’s last album was released in 2006. Titled 10,000 Days, the album was certified Platinum in the US and debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 chart. Some of the singles that charted from this album were Jambi, Vicarious and The Pot.
