Fear Inoculum

Tool released their fifth and latest studio record titled ‘Fear Inoculum’ in August 2019. It is their first album release since ‘10,000 Days’ hit the stores in 2006. The record topped the US Billboard 200 and by doing so it became the band’s third consecutive number one album in America. The collection received positive reviews from the critics as well.

Two songs from the track-list earned Grammy nominations with one (7empest) winning the honor in the ‘Best Metal Performance’ category. The song is 15 minutes and 45 seconds long and makes transitions through numerous structures and segments. It opens with soft guitar work and moves into a distorted heavier guitar riff.

‘Fear Inoculum’ consists of a total of seven songs while the digital version has ten tracks. All songs on the collection are written by Maynard James Keenan. All the music material is composed by Keenan along with Adam Jones, Justin Chancellor, Danny Carey and Adam Jones.

Tool have unveiled the dates of their North American 2020 Tour in support of the new record. They will be making stops in several notable cities as part of the trek.
