Stephane Wrembel is of French origin. He lives in Brooklyn in New York. He started studying music in Fontainebleau, France when he was only four years old. His first instrument was classical piano. He won several competitions including Lucien Wurmser and the National Conservatory of Aubervillier competitions. He took up guitar when he turned sixteen. What served as an impetus to learn this instrument was his desire to play songs of the greats like Pink Floyd, Led Zepplin, and Genesis. During his days at the American School of Modern Music in the city of Paris, he attended the Django Reinhardt Festival. It inspired him to learn how compositions were arranged and what did jazz and contemporary classical music entail. He graduated from the school summa cum laude and won a scholarship to study further at the Berklee College of Music.  An interesting fact of his education in music is that he learnt to play Gypsy jazz from the Gypsies camping in the countryside in France. So when you listen to his gypsy jazz with your Stephane Wrembel tickets , don’t forget the fact that you are listening to the real deal, straight from the gypsies of France to you!

Stephane Wrembel released his first album in 2001. It was aptly called Introducing Stephane Wrembel. It was rerecorded and rereleased in 2010. His second album came four years after the first one. It was called Barbes-Brooklyn. His third album was Gypsy Rumble. It was released in 2008 under the creation of The Stephane Wrembel Trio. What is so special about this album is that it’s a collaboration of the legend, David Grisman. That same year, he released his fourth album which was titled Terre des Hommes (meaning "The Land of Men"). His music on the whole was critically acclaimed, so much so that Rolling Stoned called him "a revelation". He recorded a song "Big Brother" for Woody Allen’s Golden Globe winning 2008 film Vicky Cristina Barcelona. He was once again recruited by W. Allen to compose music for his film Midnight in Paris which won an Academy Award in 2012. At the ceremony of these very awards, Wrembel performed live as member of the All-Star-Band. In his honor, the Guitane Guitar Compay are now producing the "Stephane Wrembel" model guitar.

The latest and most anticipated release to date is the fifth album of Stephane Wrembel called Origins. It clearly reflects his roots and indicates any future directions that he might take. In this album, he has experimented with everything from rock to blues to flamenco. His superior skills of capturing moods, colors, emotions and textures like an impressionistic artist are beautifully and poetically evident. Stephane Wrembel tickets give you all a chance to experience this unique art of his yourselves.
His shows are great crowd pullers. Earlier Stephane Wrembel toured the US with the legendary violinist, Mark O’ Connor. A concert that he headlined at the Lincoln Centre was filled to capacity. He has also been part of some of the most amazing music festivals which include The Rochester International Jazz Festival, The Berkshire Mountain Festival, High Sierra Music Festival, Djangofest San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New Mexico, and Whistler International Music Festival.

He will be on tour once again. Do not miss a chance to watch Stephane Wrembel perform live, because even though he has just started, he is going to be the next big thing in the music industry. So buy the Stephane Wrembel tickets now!
