Every once in a while an artist comes on the music scene and begins to dominate the charts almost immediately. Logic firmly falls in that category. The Start

Inspired by the likes of Kanye West and Wu-Tang Clan, Logic released his first mixtape "Psychological-Logic: The Mixtape" in 2009. He followed that up by coming out with three more mixtapes “Young, Broke & Infamous,” “Young Sinatra” and “Young Sinatra: Undeniable” in 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively.

Logic then released the mixtape “Young Sinatra: Welcome to Forever” which was heard more than a million times on DatPiff. He was then offered a recording contract by Def Jam Recordings, which he signed.

Logic's Time Arrives

Logic released his first studio album titled "Under Pressure" in October of 2014 and it received four stars out of five from AllMusic. On top of that, it also climbed to the fourth position on the US Billboard 200. It was certified Gold by the RIAA.

His next album was titled “The Incredible True Story” and it hit the stores in November of 2015. Another successful release, it got four stars out of five from AllMusic and peaked at the third position on the Billboard 200. The record went Gold in the US.
