Korn
Formed in 1993, Korn was started by three members of L.A.P.D Brian Welch, James Shaffer and Reginald Arvizu. The trio later recruited the lead singer Jonathan Davis and drummer Ray Luzier. The band kicked off its career by releasing their debut eponymous studio effort in 1994. It generated some buzz in the United States, achieving double platinum sales in the country and featured on the Rolling Stone's list of the '100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time.' A couple of years later, the group returned with another double platinum selling record, 'Life is Peachy.'
Before the decade could end, Korn released a couple of studio albums more - 'Follow the Leader' and 'Issues.' Both of these efforts topped the Billboard 200 and recorded five and three times platinum sales in the United States respectively. The former made the book, '1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.'
On September 13, 2019, Korn came out with its thirteenth and latest studio project, 'The Nothing.' It gave three singles You'll Never Find Me, Cold and Can You Hear Me.
Breaking Benjamin
Breaking Benjamin made their debut during the dawn of the new millennium with the release of their first studio album, 'Saturate.' The record was received well by the critics and contained a single, Polyamorous which was included in multiple video games including, WWE Wrestlemania 21.' The group then went on to conclude the decade by putting out three more efforts including, 'Phobia' which contained their highest-selling single to date, The Diary of Jane.
The guys are now getting ready to drop their latest project, 'Aurora' which will contained re-imagined version of their classic hits. It is slated to release on January 24, 2020.
Joining Forces
Korn and Breaking Benjamin have paired up and will be performing the first show of the tour at the PPL Center in Allentown on January 23, 2019. From there, they will go on to trek through cities such as Montreal, Columbus, Evansville and Boise. The bands will be ending the road trip on March 1, 2020.
