The Heatseekers Winter Tour 2020 kicks off in the first week of February in Bakersfield with the last performance scheduled for March 1 in Des Moines. A two-month break will then give way to the Heatseekers Spring Tour 2020 which will begin on April 30 in Austin and conclude on May 17 in Omaha.

Iration: Heatseekers Winter and Spring Tour 2020

Iration have got a packed first half of the year with two separate North American tour legs. The first one, known as the Heatseekers Winter Tour 2020, got underway in early February. It has concerts scheduled in Louisville, Lawrence, Columbus, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids, Cleveland and Indianapolis among others.

The final show will take place at Wooly’s in Des Moines on March 1.The Ries Brothers, Ballyhoo!and Iya Terra will be joining the party as special guests. A short break will follow the conclusion of this stint before Iration begin the Heatseekers Spring Tour 2020 with an appearance at the Reggae Rise Up Music Festival on March 20.

Austin, Dallas, Richmond, Portland, Buffalo, Pontiac and Philadelphia are some of the stops on this stretch of the tour. Assuming that no new dates are added to the itinerary, the California natives will wind up the Heatseekers Spring Tour at The Slowdown in Omaha on May 17.HIRIE and The Ries Brothers will serve as special guests.

The talented group released their most recent single “Chill Out” in the summer of 2019. It explores the themes of self-love and confidence with the aim of encouraging people to feel comfortable in their own skin. Till now, the official lyric video of the popular track has garnered nearly 200,000 views on YouTube.

Prior to “Chill Out,” Iration’s last full-length studio album came out in May, 2018. It climbed to number 2 on the Billboard Reggae chart while also entering the top 15 on the Independent Albums rankings.

Iration: The Story So Far

Iration are well known for their fusion of dub, rock and reggae music. They are considered one of the leading sunshine reggae acts. The band made their debut in 2007 with the release of their first album No Time for Rest.

The next one called Time Bomb saw the light of day in 2010. Peaking at number 1 on the Billboard Reggae chart, this was the record that really put the group on the reggae map. Subsequent albums Automatic (2013) and Hotting Up (2015) both topped the Billboard Reggae chart while also charting on the Billboard 200. The former also remains Iration’s most commercially successful album to date.
