From 1988 to the present day, Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League are the tenants of the Toyota Center and from 2005 to present, Tri-Cities Fever, the team of Indoor Football League has been using Toyota Center as its home arena. The arena also has a facility of hosting Broadway shows, a facility whose licensing company is a real estate company based in Seattle, Washington. This facility is named Windermere Theatre from the name of its licensing company, Windermere Real Estate.

The venue has an area of 27,132 square feet for such kind of events. In every July, Toyota Center holds Jehovah’s Witnesses conventions which are as popular as any other event held at the place.
