Claude-Michel Schönberg’s brain child Miss Saigon came through a magazine picture. Presenting the plot in one shot, the photo depicted mother’s unconditional love for family leading to sacrifices that cost lifetimes. The picture captured the images An American GI and a Vietnamese mother at a Vietnamese airport together, leading to an eternal departure from a bonding they shared for some time. While they were apart the bonding stood strong but fell as they came back together to break even in proportions forever. Composed and directed by Schönberg and Alain Boublil this musical came together in parts as a concrete theatrical production. Every single ingredient of the music and lyrics by Richard Maltby, Jr. and Boublil was well suited. To present a well balanced taste of a raw, bold and uncompromising tale of timeless and priceless emotions. All essentials messed and gelled together; the resultant delivered the most enthralling narrative of Miss Saigon epic.

Miss Saigon’s Opera base has brought along very strong stage presence. Due to the scenic design, the brilliant stage presentation recreates war struck Vietnam with the most appropriate costumes, makeup, lights, sounds, effects and sets. The choreography has done a great job on characterizing and lightening up the music score. The original sore is very distinct and fresh yet amenable to Miss Saigon’s music. More importantly there are events that are created as highlights of the show. They allow to move from orientation to events that create conflicts and then elucidate the resolution. The act of evacuation of a few Americans left in Saigon for example may alleviate audiences for some time. A few seconds later the mourning of abandoned Vietnamese, crying for help creates a sense of despair. These two feelings have been experienced by audiences every time the show premiers. It advocates how personal stories of disparate humans unite when it comes to losses and sacrifices. More importantly it brings out the humane feelings that remain cloistered by barriers of society, identity and selfishness. Miss Saigon is a musical that has inspired the goodness in theatergoers. Miss Saigon Tickets promises them a refined dose of goodness this time as well.
