Orange and white colors were chosen for the university teams by Charles Moore, the president of athletic association at that time. Each sport game is supported by the crowd and becomes an event in itself. The university’s marching band is the pride which makes the team recognized. At the beginning of every game, a march to the stadium and the salute to the hill make the team above others in the eyes of sports fans. It is like a tribute to the history and the university. Neyland Stadium is the football stadium for the Tennessee Volunteers. They play the sport surrounded by thousands of extremely enthusiastic spectators. Opening of the T is one of the most famous acts by any football team.
