The Lumineers' career started when they issued their first eponymous extended play in 2011. The guys then followed it by dropping their debut studio album, 'The Lumineers' which was released by Dualtone Records on April 3, 2012. The record turned out to be a colossal success, bringing them to the mainstream attention as it became a hit in the United States, peaking at the second spot on the Billboard 200 and was certified triple platinum by the RIAA.
