The Ghost Inside Tickets
Blood curdling screams blasts from within the cacophony of visceral vibes and mind-numbing melodies. The banshee then launches into a howling symphony that seems best suited for accompanying the macabre and gory rituals that take place within the abodes of some of the most powerful and super-elite individuals across the world. According to widespread belief, human beings are just flesh and blood vessels for formless entities or ghosts and once the body expires, The Ghost Inside is set free, ready to cross over or roam this realm haunting all and sundry for eternity. The metallic hardcore band The Ghost Inside seems to be channeling some of these wandering apparitions and projecting their suppressed sounds in a storm of musical madness. The band The Ghost Inside was let loose upon the unsuspecting hardcore punk listening populace in 2006. The furious five members' initial lineup consisted of namely Jonathan Vigil on lead vocals, Aaron Brooks as lead guitarist and backing vocalist, KC Stockbridge on drums and percussion, Tyler Watamanuk on bass and Soyer Cole on rhythm guitar. They were ordinary denizens of the City of Angels within the Sunshine State and after entering into a ramshackle arrangement as a typical garage band in 2004, were soon playing in VFW halls. Come 2006 and they decided to let their combined wailing do the talking and formed a united front known initially as A Dying Dream. Their morbid melodies soon took shape as their first EP Now or Never released by Frontline Records and following a name change to The Ghost Inside, achieved a crescendo via the full-length album Fury and the Fallen Ones in 2008. Released by Mediskare Records, the label that had also re-released their debut EP in 2006, the album characterized their sound that incorporated crunching kinetic riffs and thunderous tunes early on in their career.
The record Fury and the Fallen One aptly embodied their affinity for all things deathly and sickly. Though it didn't align itself to the traditional technical hardcore genre or even screamo for that matter, it introduced a contemporary take on the post-hardcore and nouveau punk genres. The 35-minute frenzied symphony was sufficient to deliver to the fans what they had bargained for; brain crushing beats amidst a brutal soundscape. The follow-up, 2010's Returners came on the heels of a two-year long period of being continuously on the road and was recorded at The Brick Hithouse Studio located in Hyannis, MA and reflected the bone-chilling cold that had set in since the start of the recording sessions. The band also had to come up to certain expectations that their burgeoning fan base had developed since the release of their debut album, and they did not disappoint. Frontman Jonathan Vigil chose the title to encapsulate their return from their long tour and the lyrics also characterized the band's harmonic high road experience.
Before the release of their third studio album, The Ghost Inside and KC Stockbridge parted ways and the former inducted Andrew Tkaczyk in the place of the latter on the drums. The band also shifted their recording arrangement from Mediaskare to Epitaph Records. Get What You Give was released in June 2012 and seemingly lived up to its name. The record broke into the top-ten slot of the Top Hard Rock Albums chart, peaking at the 8th spot and even climbed up to the 19th spot on the Top Independent Albums chart. The studio offering also reached a high point of 88 on Billboard 200 and went top-forty on Top Rock Albums chart. The lead single "Outlive" suitably encompasses the band's crashing compositions and seems to be a sonic blast somewhere between the music of other hardcore bans such as Suicidal Tendencies and Bring Me The Horizon. Other noteworthy singles are "White Light," "Engine 45" and "Dark Horse". So latch onto some The Ghost Inside tickets for being delivered your very own harmonic haunting. It will truly be a "spooktacular" experience!
