It was certified gold and it became so popular that 2 songs from this album were featured for certain WWE events. "I Dare You" became the theme song for WrestleMania 22 and "Save Me" was chosen for No Mercy 2005. This album reached the 23rd spot on US Albums charts the songs "Heroes", "I Dare You" and "Save Me" reached the 4th, 2nd and 1st spot in the Us Mainstream Rock Charts. Shinedown release 2 more versions of the band, one with bonus tracks "Carried Away" and "Break" and the other Deluxe version of 25 tracks on iTune. After the successful release of their second album the band did the SnoCore Tour, shortly followed by Equinox Tour.

In 2006, Shinedown did their very first overseas concert in London. That entire year of ShineDown is marked with rigorous live performances and several long tours. The band released their third album Sound of Madness in June 2008. The promotion song "Devour" from this album was released a month earlier, this song got very popular instantly an climbed the number 1 spot in Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks. Devour was also featured in the film The Final Destination 20009 and became the theme song for WWE Night of the Champions 2008. The album Sound of Music is platinum certified album and more than 1,000,000 copies of the album have been sold internationally so far. Four songs from Shinedowns latest album have reached the Mainstream Rock Charts top spot.
