Sascha Grammel is an acclaimed puppeteer, comedian and a ventriloquist from Berlin, Germany. The 39 year old entertainer is one of the most sought after artists in the industry today. Grammel grew up in Spandau which is a district in Berlin. He developed a great interest in performing at comedy shows at a very young age. He was a part of the Magic Circle group in Berlin. By the time he was 18 years old, he was recognized as being a member of the adult circuit in his chosen field. Although he has been trained as a dentist, yet he pursued his talented skills as a performer. In 1992, Grammel, Timothy Trust and Martin Sierp created a trio that was called The Procrastinator. He successfully won various awards as a member of the magical trio. Grammel discovered his own individual talents with puppet comedy, magic and ventriloquism. He blended the three elements together and emerged as a star in his expertise.
 
Sascha Grammel began performing as a solo performer in 1997. He was a part of a full-length program titled as “Don’t Rush Me”, which was aired on RTL on the 5^th of February in 1997. He gained an immense fan following with the show. Soon he was touring Germany and performing live shows. This gained a lot more appeal for his avid fans. Some famous characters from his shows are the mischievous and cross-eyed “Eagle Pheasant, a shy Turtle called Joise and a silly nutritionist known as “hamburger”.
 
In 2009, Grammel signed a contract with Universal Music and successfully recorded his first DVD which was titled as Comedy Club Berlin. The DVD was released in April 2010. It reached the number one slot of the comedy sales charts and was received joyfully by his fans and critics alike. On the 22^nd of March in 2010 he appeared in a fascinating live show held at the Deutsches Theater located in Munich. He was also featured twice on the television in a few special programs. In February in 2013, he gave an announcement in the media that he will be extensively touring with his new show that is called No Anhung internationally.
