Creative genius of Pink Floyd

Roger Waters formed Pink Floyd with Nick Manson in 1965 and hired members, Richard Wright, Syd Barrett and David Gilmour. The group burst onto the rock music scene in 1967 but it wasn’t until 1973 that they received international fame thanks to their studio effort, ‘The Dark Side of the Moon.’ It became their first record to top the charts in the United States and sold over fifteen million copies in the United States. The group later came out with many more successful albums including, ‘The Wall’ which earned them a Grammy nomination in the category of, ‘Album of the Year’ in 1981.

Us + Them

At a time when Pink Floyd was flying, Roger Waters quit the band because of creative tensions within the group in 1985. He kicked off his solo journey and went on work on three studio and three live records. Moreover, he recorded an Opera album which arrived in the markets in 2005.

Now, Roger is making his return to the concert stage after four years and will be touring North America in 2017. His road trip is titled, ‘Us + Them’ and he is expected to perform live at the Scottrade Center. If you want to catch him then get Roger Waters St Louis tickets.
