Rich Chigga Tickets
If you’re under 30, you’ve probably heard of the 18-year old maverick rapper named Rich Chigga. The Indonesian artist started his career at 16, capturing mainstream attention through his song “Dat $tick”. Posted on Vine, a video hosting website, it was the after reaction of the video and the song that made him an overnight sensation. Renowned rappers Ghostface Killah, Flatbush Zombies, 21 Savage and Desiigner praised his efforts which prompted others to listen to the track. Like a snowball effect, more and more people tuned in to the number and made it a hit. He recently dropped another video featuring the new song “Glow Like Dat” and it comes with a support tour. Rich Chigga tickets are now available, so be a part of the teenager’s first headlining tour.
Who is Rich Chigga?
An internet sensation having the natural ability to rap and lure in millions of listeners. Using internet as a tool to reinvent himself, he learned English by watching videos on YouTube, taking up the dialect of the American suburbs and used it to release the song “Dat $tick”. What sets him apart from the others his age who used the same platform is that Rich Chigga is not some childish, bubblegum pop rapper. He’s got the talent no doubt, but his voice is unique and incredibly deep.
Another thing about Chigga is that he packs the same power as his much older peers, not afraid to use the f-bombs. His debut song “Dat $tick” featured lyrics about gang affiliations and rum, as he rapped whilst wearing a pink polo shirt and a fanny bag. His choice of costume was deliberate as he didn’t want to come across as a wannabe gangster and wanted the video to be satirical.
The track peaked at number four on the Billboard Bubbling Under R&B/Hip-Hop Singles. A remixed version has also been produced featuring the veterans Ghostface Killah and Pouya.
Come To My Party Tour
It’s a huge milestone for the Jakarta native. Only a year in the industry and he’s already going on a headlining tour. Stretched over 28 dates, the North American trek will start on October 8 and Rich Chigga tickets are selling fast for his inaugural concert in San Francisco. Besides his solo performances, Chigga is also scheduled to perform in a couple of festivals. In a recently held “Day N Night Festival”, he got to share the stage with Chance the Rapper, Lil Uzi Vert and Post Malone.
He has released two new songs, “Gospel” and “Glow Like Dat”, the former making it to the Billboard charts. In “Gospel”, Rich Chigga along with Keith Ape and XXXTentacion have come together to muster up a hard-hitting banger. The energetic number has the Indonesian flexing his rapping muscles and treating the listeners to a pop earworm.
Chigga dropped “Glow Like Dat” in 2017, a more reflective track about an ex. He once again excels vocally, touching high notes and giving the fans a decent song to hum.
His collaboration on “Bankroll” with Diplo, Rich the Kid and Young Thug was also lauded and the fans are hoping that he uses his potential to further hone his craft. Catch Rich Chigga live on tour when he makes a stop in your town. LA will host the last concert on the tour on November 21.
