They went to New York to perform at opening spots at Bow Wow Wow and Art Brut concerts. They have also toured UK and North America. Due to their increasing popularity, they were invited to perform at the Airwaves Festival in Iceland. The band have also recorded three sessions on national radio station and another three for Daytrotter sessions at the Future-apple-tree studio in Illinois. 
 
In 2007, the band headlined the Seaport Music Festival in NYC. Due to their rocking performance, the audiences took to them immediately and then they made an appearance at South by Southwest Music Conference in 2008. The band managed to get some success and released their first album through Barsuk Records. The recording of their debut album, Rhumb Line was completed in 2008. The album was considered a huge indie rock music success. Suspended in Gaffa, Ghost Under Rocks, Dying is Fine, Run My Mouth, Each Year and Can You Tell are some of the hit tracks produced by Ryan Hadlock. The album reached number 109 on US Billboard 200. Rolling Stone also ranked this album as 38th best album of the year 2008. 
 
“Ra Ra Riot” recorded their second studio album through Barsuk Records named The Orchard. Andrew Maury produced this album that earned popularity in a short span of time. It reached number 152 on iTunes Popularity Chart.  Boy, The Orchard, Boy, Foolish, You and I Know, Too Dramatic and Do You Remember were some of the hit singles from this album.
 
Their most recently released album is “Beta Love.” This album is their third studio album, recorded by Barsuk Label and was produced by Dennis Herring. Dance with Me, Beta Love, Binary Mind, Is It Too Much, What I Do for You, For Once, When I Dream, I Shut Off and That Much are the hit tracks that made it another successful album.
 
“Ra Ra Riot” also recorded a self-titled EP on Rebel Group Records. They released the first six songs from the EP before signing the contract with their recording laabel.  Everest, Can You Tell, A Manner to Act, Dying is Fine, Each Year and Ghost Under Rocks were singles included in this EP.
 
“Ra Ra Riot” have made some serious progress and have proved themselves through not only their wonderful performances but their amazing music as well. They are now recognized internationally as well. The group have toured various countries around the world as well to take their popularity a few steps further.
 
Their upcoming tours include road trips with the Shins and the Postal Service.  Upcoming concerts by the band are going to be held at different venues such as Beachland Ballroom, Cains Ballroom, Marquis Theater, Minglewood Hall Memphis, the Blue Note Columbia and the Deluxe Indianapolis.
