In 2007, Ben’s sixth album was released, entitled “Ripe” with Mandy Moore and Benji Madden making appearances. The record spawned a light-hearted duet “Birds and Bees" sung by Mandy Moore. Ben Lee has also recorded and released a number of EPs and singles such as "Pop Queen", "Away with the Pixies", "Ship My Body Home”, "Nothing Much Happens", Tornados" and Freediving" among several others. Apart from singing, Ben Lee also starred in an Australian movie The Rage in Placid Lake in 2003.
