Olga shined at the competition when she performed Liszt's Don Juan Fantasy. Her exceptional performance won her the first prize making her the first woman in more than 30 years of history of the event to have achieved it.

The accomplishment opened new paths for her. When she performed at the Carnegie Hall in 2004 for the first time she had the audiences enthralled with her music magnificence and won rave reviews.
