Neil Young, full named Neil Percival Young, who was born on the twelfth of November in the year 1945, is a songwriter and singer. Crazy Horse is a band formed in the city of Los Angeles in the year 1969. The band has been active ever since its formation and includes three current band members; Ralph Molina, Billy Talbot and Frank Sampredo. Crazy Horse has gained massive success due to its collaboration with Neil Young. Though they have also released their own studio albums, the larger amount of success that was achieved by the band was as a result of their alliance. At the time of its formation, the band was called “Danny and the Memories” as it was named after its founding member Danny Whitten. They changed their name to The Rockets and started producing more of a combination of folk and psychedelic music. After the creation of their album, in the year 1969, Crazy Horse and Neil Young went on a tour together. Upon the completion of Neil Young’s tour, he restarted working with Crazy Horse. Due to his lack of presence their third album shows a limited amount of collaboration between the two. Then in the year 1970, Crazy Horse went on to release their debut solo album via Reprise Records as Neil Young could not work due to illness. Neil Young started experiencing back problems which led him to become incapacitated as he was completely bed ridden. After his recovery the during the year 1979, he appeared with Crazy Horse of various videos as films such as “Rust Never Sleeps”, “Weld” in 1991, “Sleeps with Angels” in 1995, “The Complex Sessions” released in 1995 and “Greendale” in 2004.
