Million Dollar Quartet Portland Oregon show is a jukebox musical that has been written by Colin Escott and Floyd Mutrux. The musical presents a dramatized version of the 1956 recording session that came to be called Million Dollar Quartet, among early rock maestros Carl Perkins, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley and Jerry Lee Lewis, who at the time was only a newcomer. In 2010, the show debuted on Broadway following many regional productions and tryouts, and gathered enough attention to be produced on the West End in 2011. Besides being produced on West End and Broadway, the show has been undertaken by other productions including that of Florida in 2006, Washington in 2007, and Chicago in 2008. The musical’s score of course uses tracks from the recording, some of which being I Walk the Line, Sixteen Tons, That’s All Right, Great Balls of Fire, I Hear You Knocking, Long tall Sally, My Babe, Blue Suede Shoes, See You Later Alligator,  Ghost Riders, Folsom Prison Blues, Hound Dog, and Real Wild Child, among others.
