Lollapalooza Aftershow Tickets
The Lollapalooza is an annual music festival that began in 1991. The festival features famous bands and artists that perform from almost all genres starting from alternative rock to hip hop to dance, punk, heavy metal and much more. Not only are the songs an attraction, the Lollapalooza also features comedy events and craft booths. The platform also provides a chance for political and non-profit groups.
From its start in 1991, the Lollapalooza festival is an annual event that took place every year till 1997. It didn’t happen for a few years till 2003 which was the year of its revival. The idea was conceived as a farewell tour by Perry Farrell from Jane’s Addiction. The festival initially toured only in North America. Due to lower attendance in the 2004 Lollapalooza festival, William Morris Agency along with Farrell got together with Austin and made the event go back to its previous format. They made it a weekend festival that took place in Chicago in the famous Grant Park.
It was in 2010 that the event took a step to go overseas. In 2011 the event was held in Santiago (Chile) with help from a company named Lotus. The next year, the Lollapalooza annual festival took place for the first time in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The music festival is one that is highly entertaining and packed with great fun for the entire family. It lasts for three days and has over a hundred and fifty thousand people attending. The Lollapalooza features so many popular bands and artists and other upcoming musicians. Some of the musicians and bands that got exposure here are the Beastie Boys, Muse, Coldplay, The Foo Fighters, The black Keys, Lady Gaga, The Killers, Audioslave, X Japan, Franz Ferdinand, deadmau5, Nine Inch Nails and so many others to name.
Lollapalooza Aftershow is even more fun as those who just can’t get enough of the fun can make it to the Aftershow which is an equally amazing experience if not better. This is one of the reasons fans love to get their hands on Lollapalooza Aftershow tickets so they can witness more than triple the action live and also because the spots get taken really fast.
