La Arrolladora Banda El Limon is a Spanish phrase that means The Overwhelming Lemon Band. Limon is also a town that is located in Sinaloa State in Mexico. It was released by Sony Music Latin Records. The same label went on to release nine more album of the group including Antes de Partir, Secretos de mi Memoria, Valio la pena equivocarme and Mas Alla de mi.
 
In the early 2000 the band signed an exclusive record deal with Disa Record and the first album to be released under this label was Se me acabo el amor in 2003. This was basically a reissued album previously released by Sony Record. The first official album that was released by Disa in 2004 was Huele a Peligro. Some other albums released by Disa include La otra cara de lamoneda, Todo depende de Ti and Mas Adelante. Live albums by the band include En Vivo Desde, para Ti Exclusivo desde and Sold Out Desde Los Angeles. The current member lineup apart from Rene Camacho includes artists like Joel Montoya Velazquez, Omar Ponce, Victor Manuel Castillo Ibarra, Juan Francisco Osuna Aramburo, Elias Martinez, Everth Cruz Alvarez, Jose Rosales Perez, Carlos Camacho Tirado, Edgar Nava ulloa, Salvador Aguilar Cruz and Jorge Luis Medina Ramos. Till date La Arrolladora Banda El Limon has won two Un Grammy Awards and two Award Del Radio. Apart from this the band has won several nominations for Premio Lo Nuestro in categories like Group or Duo of the Year, Song of the Year and also Band Artist of the year.
