It was called "Ladghat El Hayya" which means a snake bite in English. Due to its controversial content, the song was threatened to be banned unless Kadim changed some of the lyrics. His refusal resulted in its ban, which worked in the artist’s favor as it gained a lot of popularity after that. Following the scandal, Kadim Al Sahir was approached for live performances and concerts. He performed live all over the Persian Gulf and signed a contract with Kuwaiti label, Music Box and Al-Nazaer.
