About Journey the Band
Journey is unarguably one of the most famous American rock bands of all time. Since formation back in 1973, they have scored nineteen Top 40 singles and 25 Gold and Platinum certified records. Their Greatest Hits album went on to receive 15 times Platinum certification.
Journey was signed by Columbia Records in 1974. Each of the band’s first three studio albums namely Journey, Look Into the Future and Next charted higher than the previous record. The musicians then began touring and their yearly schedule was such that they were on the road for about nine months.
Journey’s fourth music album titled Infinity hit the stores in April of 1978. It immediately went Platinum and stayed on the charts for over two years. Their 1981 record Escape was their first album to hit the number one spot. It spent over a year in the Top 40. The album spawned three of the most popular songs by the band – Don’t Stop Believing, Open Arms and Who’s Crying Now.
Live in Noblesville
After twelve years, Journey and Def Leppard have decided to embark on a joint tour once again. While talking about the venture, Def Leppard’s front man Joe Elliot said “We’ve toured together before and it was massive. This time it’s going to be even bigger and better!” So quickly get your hands on Journey Noblesville tickets and enjoy the bands’ famous rock songs live at the Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center this July.
