The All American Rejects is alternative rock band belonging to Stillwater, Oklahoma. The band came into existence in 1999. The group found mainstream fame when their self titled debut album came into the market in 2003. Soon it was Platinum certified by RIAA. The single Swing, Swing was a major hit. With the release of "Move Along," there second album, the ensemble managed to gain more success. The record featured three songs that were major hits, Dirty Little Secret, It Ends Tonight and Move Along. All these songs made it to the Billboard "Hot Hundred" chart in top fifteen. Since the beginning, the band has managed to sell more than 10 million albums across the globe.
Jingle Jam will also be featuring the famous indie folk band named Blind Pilot this year around. The band was formed in 2005 in Portland, Oregon. They got famous with the release of "3 Round and a Sound," their debut album. It managed to make it to Top Digital Albums list of Billboard at number thirteen. Till date, they have released three studio albums and are mainly known for their touring programs. Their latest album was "We Are the Tide," which was released in 2011.
Meek Miller, original name Robert Williams, is also going to be featured in the Jingle Jam concert. He is a popular hip hop singer belonging to Philadelphia. Initially Miller started his career by forming a band with fellow singers titled "The Bloodhoundz." Four mixtapes were released during the time the group stayed together. In 2011, Miller signed to Maybach Music Group and released his very first single named Tupac Back. The same year he also came up with the single named Ima Boss which made it to the Billboard "Hot 100" chart at number 51. Miller was included in MTV’s list of "Hottest MCs in the Game."
2 Chainz is the stage name of famous hip hop singer who will be included in the list of artists performing in Jingle Jam. 2 Chainz started off his career by forming a duo named "Playaz Circle." The band released its debut album named "Supply & Demand" in October of 2007. The song Duffle Bag Boy from the album soon became a popular urban hit. Lil Wayne is featured in the track. The song was also performed by the band at BET Hip Hop Awards. Their second studio album was "Flight 360: Takeoff" and was released in September of 2009. The album received critical acclaim across the globe. In 2010, Epps decided to follow solo career, that’s when he adopted the stage name "2 Chainz."
Rita Ora is a singer, actress and songwriter belonging to Pristina Yugoslavia. Ora’s self titled debut album made it to number one on various album charts all across the United Kingdom, winning her critical acclaim right away. The record also included three number one singles, How Do We (Party), How Right Now and R.I.P. Ora’s career is heavily influenced by Jay-Z who is also her mentor.
