Il Divo tickets give a flavoursome blend of sounds from four different nations of the world. Il Divo is a pop band, a heavy weight in operative pop. It comprises of an interesting quadrangle; it features French pop singer Sebastian Izaambard a Hispanic baritone from Spain Carlos Marin, David miller a tenor from U.S and the Swiss national Urs Buhler who is also a tenor. Founded by Simon Cowell the band was intended to bring the opera to mainstream pop performances. Cowell’s idea originated from Con te partio by Andrea Bocelli when it was performed for the Sopranos. More so he wanted to revive the style of The Three Tenors, hence he wanted captured pure lyrical strength in a group.
Simon Cowell has Il Divo etched in his mind. All he had to do was find the figure the heads. He evaluated the band to possess a super commercial appeal and launched a global search for young singers. Cowell was looking for voices that needed no music and were musically musical. Il Divo’s band positions were created and filed up by Cowell’s efforts. The resultant band emerged when the scouted talent decide to formally join hands. For two years the band was incomplete on the line-up front. In 2003, upon the entry of tenor David Miller, the band redefined its presence as a mainstream band.
Il Divo as a band came and made huge waves with its multi-lingual lyrical pieces. The multinational capacity allowed for influences from American, English, Italian, French, and Latin music. The songs and vocals are very diverse in range and variety. All these features have contributed towards Il Divo’s recognition in the Guinness Book of World Records 2006. It became the most successful Multinational UK band to give a number one album.
In 2004, efforts on the band’s debut album began and Il Divo worked with producer Steve Mac. The album featured their first single release Regresa a Mí a latin rendition of Toni Braxton’s Unbreak My Heart. The authentic flavour of Il Divo came forward when their second single release Mama made news along with a couple of more singles in the queue. They included My Way, Nella Fantasia and Passerà. Their inauguration was a celebration for music lovers and critics. Their kind of song and music was sheer pleasure to hear and hence went on to become significantly popular in a matter of a few weeks. Il Divo the album took them to live and television audiences in the U.S. In U.K it took top slots of the most popular pop and general charts.
After scoring a multiplatinum certification for the debut release, Il Divo shined on the international music scene. This called for the production of Ancora, their second album. In 2005, the year of its single release UK and Australian charts saw its singles come and become an undying fever. Finally when Ancora came to stands in 2006 Billboard Album Charts welcomed it at the first position. Songs like Isabel and O Holy Night spelled out their originality. Covers like Je crois en toi, Ave Maria, Por ti sere and All By Myself also claimed very high critical reviews.
The album Christmas Collection brightened up the holiday season in 2005. One year later Voices (2006) called out to football lovers to buck up their teams. This album became a superb collection that raised the vehemence of FIFA World Cup, 2006. The same year Siempre was released and received high appraisal. The album Promise was a 2008 release and hit everyone’s senses as it peaked on top charts instantly Amazing Grace from this album was also featured in the In the Coliseum DVD. It was a massive hit that remains a memorable revival of the classic hymn. Wicked Game was a 2011 release that premiered with the single Dove L'Amore. With this the Classical Brit Awards made it the Artist of the Decade.
The band started performing live as soon as they entered music. However, their rise to fame took them to numerous performances like the American Idol’s, Idol Gives it Back episode.
