His debut album proved to be a success and was his major breakthrough in the country music industry. The 1950s brought Jones great luck during the initial phase of the career. Tracks from the album such as “White Lightening”, “Tender Years”, and “She Thinks I Still Care” climbed to the number one spots on the music charts. George Jones released a number of singles in the early 1960s that remained at the top of the charts; these include songs such as “Walk Through This World With Me”.
