Dominic Fike was always into music. He got his first guitar at the age of ten and released his first song on YouTube, Not a Word while he was still in high school. In 2017, Fike decided to focus his time on music and started to release demos which caught the attention of different record labels including, Columbia Records, Interscope Records and Republic Records. This ignited a bidding war between the labels and he ended up signing with Columbia Records.

On October 16, 2018, Dominic Fike came out with his first extended play, 'Don't Forget About Me, Demos.' The EP consisted of six songs including, 3 Nights which landed at the seventh spot on the Alternative Songs chart. It also went triple platinum in Australia.

Rain or Shine Tour

Dominc Fike has announced his first headlining tour entitled, 'Rain or Shine.' He will begin the trek with a show at the Fine Line Music Cafe in Minneapolis on September 4, 2019. From there, Fike will go on to make stops in multiple cities before he ends the road trip on October 3, 2019.
