Antoine DeRay Davis is a Chicago based comedian. Apart from entertaining fans with his stand-up routines, he has also amused millions by acting in Hollywood films. In addition, he has also starred in television shows like ‘Hip Hop Squares,’ ‘Joking Off’ and ‘Empire.’

Davis began his career by performing in comedy clubs around his hometown. He later took a flight to Los Angeles and took his first steps towards stardom by winning the Comedy Central Laugh Riots Competition. He then had more people talking about him when he toured with Cedric the Entertainer. DeRay Davis has also made his mark in the music industry. He has written and recorded comedy skits on Kanye West’s first two studio efforts, ‘The College Dropout’ and ‘Late Registration’ which hit the shelves in 2004 and 2005 respectively. On top of that, he has also appeared in numerous music videos from stars like Lil’ Flip, Chris Brown, Three 6 Mafia and Cassie.

The American actress and comedian, Tiffany Haddish is also set to make you laugh at the Chi Town Comedy Countdown. Born in California, she has been doing comedy since 2005 and has gained massive fan following over the years.

Haddish discovered her passion for comedy when she attended the Laugh Factory Comedy Camp in the late 90s. She then began to make efforts in order to become a comedian. It wasn’t long before she was competing in the comedy competition ‘Bill Bellamy’s Who’s Got Jokes?’ Tiffany Haddish then began to grow more popular when she featured in television shows like ‘Chelsea Lately,’ ‘My Name is Earl,’ ‘Nick Connon’s Short Circuitz,’ ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’ and ‘Just Jordan.’ On November 11, 2017, Haddish became the first black stand-up female comedian to host ‘Saturday Night Live.’

Duval is from Florida and moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in comedy. He became a regular performer at the Uptown Comedy Corner. Lil Duval then performed at the Oakland Bay Arena Competition in 2001 which led to him getting an offer from Cedric the Entertainer’s road manager to join the comedic superstar on tour. He later appeared alongside Cedric on his television special ‘Cedric the Entertainer: Starting Lineup.’

Lil Duval then churned out his comedy DVD, ‘Dat Boy Funny’ in 2003 and later appeared in three seasons of BET’s ‘Comicview.’ Today, his comedic skills have brought him worldwide recognition. Duval has also worked in many films including ‘School Dance,’ ‘Meet the Blacks’ and ‘Grow House.’

Lil Rey will be there

Lil Rey will also be joining DeRay Davis, Tiffany Haddish and Lil Duval on the Chi Town Comedy Countdown. In 2016, Netflix added his debut solo stand-up special ‘Kevin Hart Presents: Lil Rel: RELevent’ for streaming in the United States. A year later, he won the MTV Movie & TV Award under the category of ‘Best Comedic Performance.’
