This Berkeley band was a group of unknown musicians until the release of the album August and Everything After in 1993. The album spawned the hit single “Mr. Jones”. The up-tempo song became their ticket to stardom and the band enjoyed great success in the nineties and the era beyond that period. Selling over twenty million albums globally, the song "Accidentally in Love" garnered the Academy Award nomination and was featured in the film, Shrek 2.

The sextet includes members Adam Duritz, Charlie Gillingham, David Immerglück, Millard Powers, Jim Bogios, David Bryson and Dan Vickrey. The band is famous for its acoustic performances, especially the ones that are recorded on the VH1 Storytellers disc from the album Across a Wire: Live in New York City. In March 2008, the band recorded an in-store performance in New York City at the SoHo Apple Store by the title iTunes Live from SoHo. The band has also covered songs of renowned artists such as George Harrison, Bob Dylan, The Band, U2, The Rolling Stones and many more.

The repertoire of their famous songs include "Daylight Fading", "A Long December", "Round Here", "Hanginaround" and more. The amazing group of seven talented musicians is coming to Atlanta to fascinate the concert goers.
