With bouncy melodies & that bit of good old country swagger, Brad Paisley has sung his way into the hearts of country music fans over the years. The singer-songwriter hailing from West Virginia is instantly likeable with his unique brand of catchy humor-laced lyrics, & he has a trophy haul to show for it. Winner of multiple Academy of Country Music, Country Music Association & Grammy Awards, Paisley has seen 14 of his hit singles climb to the summit of the charts. And now with a career that is a relatively short seven albums old, the superstar has cultivated a massive fan following that will be raving for Brad Paisley tickets for the upcoming H2O World Tour with Darius Rucker & Justin Moore. Paisley is a guitarist & vocalist for the band on tours, with various members including Gary Hooker (guitar), Jody Harris (guitar, mandolin), Ben Sesar (drums) & Kendal Marcy (keyboards, banjo, mandolin) completing the line-up.
Paisley’s musical style is an innovative cross between country & Southern rock, with elements of Americana infused in it as well. Born in 1972, Paisley credits his grandfather, Warren Jarvis, for developing his early musical interest by giving him guitar lessons since the tender age of eight. His burgeoning talent was duly recognized by the American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers who awarded him a full-paid scholarship to Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee. Graduating with a degree in music business & going on to write some country songs, Paisley teamed up with songwriter Kelley Lovelace & future producer Frank Rogers to break onto the scene with debut album Who Needs Pictures in 1999. With astounding mainstream success, Paisley was inducted into the prestigious Grand Ole Opry (a weekly country music radio program) within 2 years. Following his first #1 hit “He Didn’t Have to be”, Paisley went on a relentless streak that saw him notch up 14 career chart-toppers, including 10 in succession. His focus on complementing his singing exploits with wildly creative music videos saw him become a household name in the later part of the decade. Paisley has also performed in the White House & each of his seven albums have been certified Gold at the very minimum. His contemporary country music flavor, spiced with pop culture references, has helped amass a huge fan-following.
With the chart-topping single about loving stepfathers, “He Didn’t Have to be”, off his debut album, Paisley set on a white-hot roll that saw him make a permanent home atop the charts. The platinum-certified Who Needs Pictures also spawned “We Danced”, before Part II also hit platinum on the basis of the powerhouse video of “I’m Gonna Miss Her” (#1) & a collaboration with Lovelace & Chris DuBois, “Wrapped Around”. The #1 title track off the next album, 2003’s multi-platinum Mud on the Tires, ushered in a string of video-based hits like “Celebrity” & “Whiskey Lullaby” (named #2 on CMT’s 100 Greatest Music Videos). The chart-toppers “The World” & “She’s everything” propelled Time Well Wasted to widespread acclaim. Another single off the album, “Waitin’ on a Woman” (re-recorded for 2007’s 5th Gear), became one of Paisley’s biggest hits. 5th Gear also sent down the #1s “Ticks”, “Online”, “Letter to Me” & “I’m Still a Guy”, & Paisley won a Best Instrumental Grammy for “Throttleneck” after a host of nominations. He added to the Grammy haul next year with “Cluster Pluck” off his most adventurous instrumental-based album to date, Play, which also yielded “Start a Band” with Keith Urban. His fourteenth #1, “Then”, came off his most recent album, American Saturday Night.
Brad Paisley has evolved into an amazing entertainer, with spotless performances & camaraderie with the audience both onstage & backstage later on. The popular music references are fresh, & his lively performances are the bedrock of his nine successful tours which have left fans clamoring for Brad Paisley tickets. The Two Hats & a Redhead Tour was a hit, while the response to The Bonfires & Amplifiers Tour 2007-08 (with Taylor Swift)was so overwhelming that organizers extended the finish date beyond the original date. Inspired by his recent hit “Water”, the H2O World Tour will tour 75 North American & European cities, planning to turn concert venues into water festivals.
A refreshingly light lyrical approach & great innovation in his songs have made Brad Paisley an entertainer in the true sense of the word. Armed with Brad Paisley tickets, fans are sure to enjoy another slice of the cowboy hat-wielding, boot-stomping action.
