Bayside, the band has entertained the rock hungry people since 2000 and with five studio albums under their belt; the band has made a big name. The band has a unique style of singing and with the current lineup, Anthony Raneri, Jack O’Shea, Nick Ghanbarian and Chris Guglielmo, the band is even more popular and Bayside tickets in high demand. The name of the band has been taken from the name of the place, Bayside, which the band got the idea from working on some songs at the place.  
 
The band was formed in Queens, New York and after recording some demo tapes, signed to Dying Wish Records to release Long Stories Short EP. Before releasing the debut album under the bigger label of Victory Records, the band signed released another EP entitled, Bayside/Name Taken. Under the new label, the band released its first album in 2004 and was titled, Sirens and Condolences.teh debut album of the band was followed by another album in 2005 which was titled Bayside. Another album with the title Acoustic was released in honor of the band member Holohan who died in an accident.
 
Chris Guglielmo as the new drummer of the band, the band released a new album in 2007 with the name, The Walking Wounded. The fourth studio album of the band came out in 2008 with the title, Shudder along with a live album of the band entitled, Live at the Bayside Social Club. The album took a different turn on the musical style but was equally popular. All the albums of the band were equally successful and praised by critics and fans alike.
 
The current lineup of the band includes Anthony Raneri as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist, Jack O’Shea as the lead guitarist and backing vocals, Nick Ghanbarian in charge of the bass guitar while Chris Guglielmo on the drums and percussion. Past members of the band included Andrew Elderbaum, Jason Enz, Chris Jackson, J. R. Manning, Mike Kozak, Jim Mitchell, Vinny Daraio and Gavin Miller. Bayside gave a new turn to alternative rock and experimented with the sound and the music which gave him their recognition. The band has also worked with The Sleeping, Smoking Popes, Silverstein and Endwell and the resultant acts have been as much popular as any other work of the band. Bayside has been constantly touring and entertaining the music fans with their rocking performances since they got their breakthrough and presently are considered a famous live act which fans crave for at music festivals and events like Vans Warped Tour and The Bamboozle Festival. 
 
With the drums beating and the pulling of the guitar strings of the band, the audiences go crazy.
