The original band was made up of Michael Martinez on the drums, Nathan Darmody on th guitars, Thomas Norris on the keyboards, Cameron Quiseng on the bass guitar and Zachary Porter as the lead singer. However, Nathan Darmody left the band on the 16th of September, 2011. Thomas Norris also departed from the group and got a contract with Hollywood Records. The band issued their first ever single on the 13th of March, 2010. The song was titled A Different Side of Me and it went on to get considerable popularity. It topped the Radio Disney singles chart, making Allstar Weekend a top topic all over the nation. The band released a compilation record on the 17th of April, 2010. It was named Disneymania 7 and included some of the most popular Disney cartoon songs in the world, such as the famous Lion King track, I Just Can't Wait to be King. Shortly afterward, the band announced that they would be releasing their first EP on the 17th of June, 2010. It was titled Suddenly. Before the release of the EP, the group issued a single from the album titled Dance Forever. It was released on the 7th of June, 2010 and was followed by its music video. The song made it to the number forty five on the Canadian Hot Hundred as well as the number sixteen on the Heatseekers Chart on Billboard. The debut EP of Allstar Weekend, Suddenly, was finally released on the 22nd of June, 2010. It went on to become a massive success with the audience and gained positive feedback from the critics as well. One of its most popular tracks was titled Come Down with Love. The record made it at number sixty two at the Billboard 200 charts. The band then went on an extensive tour the same year, which included big acts such as Stephen Jerzak, The Scene Aesthetic and Action Item among others. They performed at numerous places such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas and more. Allstar Weekend released Not Your Birthday on the 25th of February, 2011. It was premiered on Radio Disney and went on to become a major hit. Their new album was announced on the 20th of May, 2011 and was named All the Way. The album became a massive success, and was placed on the number forty nine at the Billboard 200 charts. The band has a massive fan following all over the world and continue to produce outstanding music for their listeners.
