All of them were randomly thought of and didn’t make a lot of sense so they all came up with a new name and unanimously put it forward to a friend of Mitch’s who was to introduce them. Mitch went about throwing it away and came up with a new one, the All Mighty Senators.
 
The group started off touring and playing in and around the local area. They also played for the Maryland Institute College of Arts during those early days. Those stints and their exploits on stage started generating a lot of positive headlines which slowly but surely helped the group in developing a fan base. Those performances provided invaluable experience which laid the foundations of the electric performances we see now. That was when they first started to remove the barriers between themselves and the audience which brought them closer to the fans. That also provided an opportunity for the audience to take part in their shows which would add a new dimension to the show.
 
The participation of the audience in attendance still remains an integral part of their concerts but the All Mighty Senators have come a long way as far as their music and sound are concerned. The evolution and experience of performing over such a prolonged period of time has brought about a visible shift from the late 1980’s and the early 1990’s days.
