98 Degrees Tickets
98 Degrees is an American pop band founded in 1997 in Los Angeles, California. The group consists of four highly talented vocalists including the brothers Nick and Drew Lachey and Justin Jeffre and Jeff Timmons. Unlike most bands, they formed independently and were later picked up by a record label as a band. Initially, the quartet was working various odd jobs to finance their talent show appearances and other band related expenses, but after attracting some attention, the group was finally offered a chance to sing on a local radio station. This was the big break that the young men had been looking for, since it is here that they met Paris D’Jon, who arranged demos for them and helped them get signed on to none other than Motown. Coming from humble beginnings, the group is now all set to perform for its huge fan base. If you happen to be one of these, grab these 98 Degrees tickets now!

The Music of 98 Degrees
Their debut single “Invisible Man” peaked at no.12 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts and achieved gold status, putting the band on the musical map. Even though the initial critical reception was mixed, the Billboard review of their first single gave them tremendous amount of credit for their vocal prowess. Soon came the band’s actual musical breakthrough, with their album 98 Degrees and Rising. This album went on to become 4 times Platinum in 1998. Their first major hit was “Because of You” which landed on the third spot on the US Hot 100 and also achieved Platinum status. Another single off the album, “The Hardest Thing” reached the No.5 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 and was also certified gold.
In 1999, 98 Degrees released another album, This Christmas, which had on it the top 40 single “This Gift”. After less than a month following the album’s release, it was certified platinum.
98 Degrees finally scored a number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with their Mariah Carey collaboration single “Thank God I Found You”. The single sold more than 700,000 copies and was certified Gold. It also stayed at the No. 1 spot for a whole week and also landed the group a Grammy Award nomination for the Best Pop Collaboration with Vocals. In 2000, the band came out with another album, which was titled, “Revelation”. The first single from this album, “Give Me Just One More Night (Una Noche)”, was certified Gold and went on to the second spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
In 2002, the group released a compilation album under the name The Collection. By this point in time, the group had achieved quite a bit of success with more than 10 million records sold.
Hiatus and Reunion
From 2003 to 2012, the group went on an extended hiatus, which they called a time to fulfill other ambitions and explore opportunities elsewhere in the industry. It was on June 20, 2012, that the brothers Nick and Drew Lachey announced on Ryan Seacrest’s show that the group was planning a reunion. The reason for this reunion was said to be the fact that all of the band members were at a place in their lives where they felt at ease with coming back to the group again. They released their new album 2.0 on May 7, 2013 and are now all set to embark on the My2K Tour with O-Town and Ryan Carbera & Dream.
