Outside Lands Music Festival 2015 Performing Elton John, Kendrick Lamar and Black Keys
2015 Outside Lands Music Festival will return to Golden Gate Park from 7 – 9 August. An eclectic lineup has been announced for the three-day festival and some legendary musicians will be rocking the stage.
Headliners for 2015 Outside Lands Festival include Elton John, Mumford & Sons, Kendrick Lamar and The Black Keys. Other notable acts that will be performing at the eighth annual event are Sam Smith, Tame Impala, Wilco, Porter Robinson, Billy Idol, Ben Harper and the Innocent Criminals.
Some of the top musicians will make their presence known at the San Francisco’s festival this year. These include the EDM acts Odesza and Axwell & Ingrosso, rapper G-Eazy, hip-hop stars DJ Mustard and SZA as well as the indie artists, James Bay, Django Django and Mac DeMarco.
One of the most attended and anticipated festivals in the US, Outside Lands is also known as the “world’s only gourmet rock festival”. The tradition is kept alive through unique culinary areas which include, A Taste of the Bay Area, Cheese Lands, Choco Lands, Beer Lands and Wine Lands. There is also GastroMagic that celebrates the rich drink and food culture of Northern California.
At the Outside Lands Music Festival, old will meet new. Mumford & Sons will open the festival on August 7 and on ExciteEvents, the average tickets price for day one is $362. On August 8, The Black Keys and Kendrick Lamar will take over the proceedings and the average tickets price for day two is $370. Elton John will be wrapping up the festival on August 9 and the average tickets price for day three is $324.
