The next 311 album came out in 2004 and was the gold certified compilation titled as Greatest Hits ’93-’03. The latest 311 album, Universal Pulse, was released in 2011 with the band having sold around eight million albums all over the world.
 
The other half of this spectacular event, 311 & Sublime with Rome, is Sublime with Rome. It was formed in 2009 by Bud Gaugh, Eric Wilson both of whom had previously been members of Sublime and Rome Ramirez, a guitarist. This trio then named itself Sublime with Rome. The band mostly plays live music much of which includes songs released by the band, Sublime. Sublime with Rome first began playing live concerts as Sublime after which they changed their name to Sublime with Rome in 2010. In 2009, this amazing band played at many festivals including the Smokeout Festival and followed this by a spectacular tour in 2010.
 
Sublime with Rome’s first album was released in 2011 and was titled as Yours Truly. Thus, this new band with hardly two years in existence has risen far in such a small period of time. The band’s first performance, at the Smokeout Festival in 2009, was alongside bands like Kottonmouth Kings, Deftones and Slipknot, pretty much the greatest names in the world of rock.
